"we stayed here for a week and it was a very nice place. we got free breakfast everyday of our stay which was amazing (pancakes, french toast, sausages, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, potatoes, cereal, fruit, toast with spreads). the staff are all very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are very spacious and homely. the bus that goes to oak grove (transport link to boston) is across the road from the place which is handy. i would be happy to stay here again. the only downside was the towels not being replaced throughout the week or the room not being cleaned but if you place your rubbish outside the door it will be collected :) highly recommend this place "
