"Staff was so attentive and helpful (despite our lack of local language skills). Our room was clean and comfortable. The view from our room was incredible! The manager was accommodating when we asked for a late check out due to a late flight on our check out day. All in all, should we visit Ixtapa again, we would like to stay here!!!"

"We had the best time staying in Emporio Ixtapa. The staff were very kind, helpful and attentive. The atmosphere was fun with live music in the lobby pretty much every night. I would recommend staying on the upper levels if you don't want to hear it super loud. We had an ocean view room which offered an incredible experience of getting the light as the sun rose. Being able to walk right down to the beach was a plus. My mom is in a wheelchair and her accessibility to most everything was also a plus."

"The Azul Grand is absolutely stunning, every room has and ocean view, the hotel is very minimalistic but not negatively, every aspect is meant to draw your attention to the outside and surrounding! The staff was friendly, kind and accommodating! Food on the other had was fair, the restaurants were hard to book and honestly the food was mediocre to say the least! The all inclusive food buffet was ok, lots of amazing fresh fruits which was nice, but the variety was only ok! The is a gorgeous board walk from the Azul Grand to the Azul, the oyster bar restaurant at the Azul was totally a 5 Star experience! I could have eaten there 5 nights in a row! The lack of drink variety was also poor! Very minimal in options but we made due! The pools were beautiful, I wish the gorgeous infinity pool was adults only so we could enjoy the view with out the kids screaming! The “adult” pool had no view but no kids screaming made it ok! Overall it was good!"
