"Great location close to everything. a lot of restaurants nearby. Public transport to Shinkansen station close by, Tram to Miyajimaguchi is not to far either. Walking distance to Peace Memorial. The staffs are very helpful, courteous and friendly. The room is clean and the facilities seem new. I like the bunk bed concept, which gives me more space. "Yeah wasn't bad the heater wasn't working on g when I first arrived but it was just the switch board, just can't have it on full fans but just under is okay. You can store you bag on the day you check out for up untill 9pm which was amazing and the check in girl was super friendly and nice "

"I can only comment on customer service as the recent Typhoon prevented us from traveling. They really take their no cancellation policy seriously and will not even give you a refund in the case of a natural disaster preventing you from traveling. Extremely unimpressed by this place and would not recommend booking with them. Took them 5 days to even respond to my cancellation request."

"The host was really nice and gave me an intro in the best English he could manage. My dorm had its own toilet and shower to use between 6, with two more of each outside of the room. Everything was very clean, my only criticism is that I was very hot during the night. There was aircon, but it seemed to only fan hot air half of the time and cold air only occasionally. "

The Dutch guy at the desk was mellow but owner Koh was so loud that his voice would carry upstairs from the bar to the beds upstairs as he held court downstairs. Amenities were OK but tiny hang-out space. The guests weren't noisy but Koh is clearly looking to create a party house."

"It was a very walkable location. We didn't want to bother with figuring out which bus to take from Hiroshima station so we just walked to bHotel from there and it took around 30 minutes. The Hiroshima atomic bomb memorial park, the bombed building preserved from 1945, and Hiroshima castle are all within walking distance (albeit a 20-30 minute walk). "I had 2 nights here travelling on my own when my husband went to another town. I always felt extremely safe and the location on top of the train and transport station meant I could get just about anywhere with ease. The room was compact, but well equipped. A nice bathroom, kettle, extra seat and table- and I loved watching the view of the city below. I could even look out my window and spot the hop on hop off bus before venturing down to use this- right outside the hotel. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but there is a plethora of places to eat and drink in the station day and night. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"The Dormy Inn Annex was the perfect spot to base out of. We visited Miyajima while in the area and spent a morning at the Peace Park and Museum. We walked the shopping area in the area and it was so fun and easily accessible from the hotel. Specific to the hotel amenities, they offer tooth paste and tooth brushes in the lobby, supplies for children, and free coffee in the lobby. They offered breakfast at an additional cost but we politely declined. We stayed in room 603 and it was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked amazingly well, and the shower was clean and had strong water pressure. We loved the hot spring bath! I spent a good hour relaxing away. We will stay here again specifically for this amenity. There were Yakult drinks available to enjoy after the bath. Love it! Service was so wonderful, the front desk always had someone who spoke English very well. We were very happy with our visit. "
