Chouette location pour 2 / 3 foyers
avec des espaces spacieux, bien séparés les uns des autres, idéal pour 2 / 3 couples, adaptée aux petits avec un extérieur ensoleillé et clos. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. Tout proche de la plage, des commerces de proximité. Accès vélo par l'arrière de la maison, au top. Quelques éléments sont à reprendre (peinture cuisine, ménage sous les lits) mais ce n'est pas grand chose. A renouveler !

Sauf erreur de ma part l'annonce ne précise pas que les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis et qu'il prévoir un supplément si on souhaite en avoir. Idem pour le ménage de sortie. A part cela maison tres agréable avec une cour fermée et idéalement placée

Location très bon rapport /qualité /prix
La Noue, environnement agréable, toutes commodités sur place. Pas très animé le soir au regard de Bois Plage- La flotte ou St Martin c’est un peu dommage mais bien mieux que Sainte Marie de Ré ou rien ne se passe. Par contre sur l’ensemble de l’île, il faut toujours penser à réserver les restaurants à l’avance sinon impossible de manger surtout pour un groupe de 8 personnes. Nous avons été refusés plusieurs fois à cause de cela.😢 soit disant pour manque de personnel. Sinon séjour très agréable.

Maison idéalement située à la Noué à Ste Marie, petit village typique avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Maison très spacieuse et agréable. Rapport qualité/prix plus que correct. Je recommande !
