"This was an amazing place to relax. It was so peaceful and the surroundings are stunning. The property is also beautiful, very tasteful and clean. Gordon was a perfect host and we were very lucky that we were the only guests there. Beware that there are quite a lot of stairs to get to the 2 suites downstairs (I'm guessing around 15-20) plus stairs to get to the house from where you leave the car. "We loved the chalet and Rawdon area, absolutely breath-taking!! Even in the chilly winter we never felt cold, (even in the bathroom ). Heaters in each room so you can adjust. The tub was a bit small for a good long soak. The woodstove was nice to use as well, but definitely wasn't needed for heat, just cozy ambiance.
