"We had a wonderful two weeks at this fantastic property as a group of 12 (2, grandparents, 4 parents & 6 kids ages 3-12). From the moment we arrived and we’re greeted by the very friendly and helpful Florence, it was relaxing and stress free. The kitchen was kitted out to the highest standard of any property we’ve ever stayed in with plenty crockery and large pans for a big group. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool was a big hit with the kids as was the pétanque and the garden space...

Close to many other lovely Renaissance castles, romantic little towns and- of course - the Loire. "This really is rural. It is in the middle of a forest down an unmade road 2 km to nearest village. It is a beautiful location. Host are generous and welcoming. We heard so many birds including owls and saw bats, and deer locally whilst visiting. The pool was a treat in the hot weather ( unheated for the strong hearted!) Situated in a lovely garden.
