"A charming hidden gem, this cottage has everything. So professionally thought out, from the cozy bedrooms, to the large porch that runs the length of the cottage.You are steps from the beach, with a gazebo for shade. Swings and hammocks, and a sink, shower, and towlet outside.I found tons of coral and shells.We missed our last three days sadly, but Helene was on her way. "If you want to get away from the crowds and see Florida as it used to be, and at its best, I highly recommend staying at Bayfront Townhouse on alligator point. This townhome is right between the bay and the Gulf and it’s just gorgeous. ( Not to mention that the Tiki Hut is right outside at the marina and is open on Thursday through Sunday) It was just my wife and myself staying at the townhome, but there’s room for a really large family or gathering of friends. I recommend it highly."

"Property is wonderful, Host did a great job setting it up for rental. Location was great, need to watch the tides but in this part of gulf anywhere you need to watch tides. Will definitely be back. Fishing was great as well. "

"We rented this house so my graduating son could have a beach weekend with his friends. The space was just right for our family and these board game loving kids. They LOVED the community pool, and the beach at low tide had lots of little critters to discover. We specifically picked this house because of the gas stovetop. The house was exactly as we expected but bigger inside than it looks in the pictures. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We'd rent here again."

We saw egrets, dolphins, sea turtles, hummingbirds, and so many butterflies! The house is decorated beautifully and has every convenience one could ask for.
