"This is a very nice Disney hotel, I’ve used it before a long time ago but returned with two small children. Room was a really good size, cape cod restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner, food is excellent! Plenty of options for adults and small children. Staff are really friendly as we’ve found with all Disney properties. Location is perfect, short walk to the parks and the setting is really nice. There’s a nice little activity room for children. Toilets in the main areas could do with an upgrade, and getting from lakeside entrance up to reception and the main lifts is disjointed and awkward with a buggy! Only two negatives though, we would happily return. "

"The hotel was beautiful, our room was very modern and was updated. We really enjoyed the 2 nights that we stayed. The bus picks you up right outside to take you to Disneyland or you can walk. It was very convenient. Half a block down there’s a bakery that has amazing macaroons and other goods. The property and hotel room were very clean."

"Great for family trips. Our child enjoyed the magic hall and the room very much. We also went to the pool and she liked the baby pool a lot. The only drawback is that the water was too cold in the pool. I saw several parents took their children away because the water was too cold. We also didn’t let our daughter played for long there. Would be much better if the hotel had paid more attention to the pool facilities. "

"Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. Facilities great. Only small thing is that water/tea were not replenished after used but rooms were clean, moderm and well equipped. "
