"The property is gorgeous, the food is good. Unfortunately the front desk staff needs a lot of work. They double charged parking on my bill as well as my travel companion's bill when we only had 1 car between both of us. Trying to contact the hotel and get a response now is impossible. Also the morning of my departure, I had coordinated a breakfast to take with me. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not ready and the front desk had no clue about it even though I arranged this the prior day with the front desk. Additionally, when the driver showed up to pick me up, I was sitting in the lobby working on my laptop. Instead of the front desk attendants at 7 AM notifying me, they did nothing. I had to go up to the desk 10 minutes later and ask where my driver was to then find out the driver had already arrived. The lobby was so dead you could hear a pin drop. The fact that these girls assumed I knew the driver was there while I was working in the corner is insanity. For all of these reasons, this hotel is beautiful, but not a well run ship."

"What a great location! The staff was super friendly, helpful and above and beyond. We loved this place. We stayed two nights in four rooms. Most of our rooms did not have a shower. Just a wand attached to the bathtub to spray off. It was hard to wash off sand. "

"Amazing and well maintained property in a quieter part of Saint Raphael, yet very close (in walking distance) to the energy filled and fun central Saint Raphael. Very friendly, competent and helpful staff (someone is always available at reception), lots of dining options (express breakfast until 11AM in the bar/pool area of the hotel is very handy and convenient), and a municipal parking in front of the property provides additional convenience. A very clean and well maintained hotel. A great experience overall, we certainly will be back."

"The hotel for me looked like a hidden diamond) We liked it a lot and this is very seldom I put 10 as the highest rate. Everything was great - the big suite with the balcony, the breakfast at the open terrace, the pool, which has never been busy at the peak season, the big parking place and the location of the hotel just 5-6 min driving from Saint-Raphael - overall great! The pollows, which is a special sign of hospitality for me, were extremely comfortable, hypoallergenic (which is also very important for person like me), the air-conditioning worked exceptionally well. Great place!"

"We stayed here before but now it’s a Mecure it has really improved. A full remodelling has been done and it’s a great job! Lovely room with great bathroom. Plenty of sockets and tea/coffee making facilities. We took the breakfast in a great bright dining area. Food was good a plenty of options. Hotel is right on the front and is a five minute walk from station. Highly recommended. "
