"Excellent service!!! High standard! There was a coffee/ tea machine, a spring / sparkling water machine near the lobby. You can get hot or cold drink free any time. Buffet breakfast was included. Moreover, at 4pm delicious cakes and cookie were served free! You can borrow bicycles free as well. The lobby is bright and cosy and there were some games. The members of staff were very helpful and responded very quickly. Extraordinary good hotel!"

"The staff especially Alex and his afternoon associate were quite helpful. They even printed my bus tickets and allowed us to stay a little later so we could be out of the rain while waiting for our bus departure. They honored our request for a room with a view and boy did they deliver! It would be nice to have coffee in the room. 😀"
