"Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

It is a 5-6 minute walk to the August Arch and the pedestrian shopping street where there are many small purveyors of local cheeses, salamis, wines, coffee bars, and restaurants.In addition there are many retail stores selling clothing, leather goods, etc.It is a 5 minuter drive to the Pila GondolaPhotos of the apartment were a little less than accurate. Il était humide et a nécessité d’être bien aéré en arrivant, il y avait très peu de fournitures de départ (liquide vaisselle, pastilles de lave vaisselle, savon, papier toilette) et l’internet devrait faire partie de la dotation initiale. En dehors de cela, tout est très bien dans ce logement. La douche gagnerait à avoir un rideau ou une paroi pour ne pas éclabousser partout"

"We had an enjoyable stay and the accommodation had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and well organised. Took us a little time to work out the electrics and plug sockets as our adapter plugs weren’t compatible. We enjoyed not having wifi but our teenager may not agree! The communication and directions were very helpful and we were able to check out later which was useful. We loved the location but you do need a car if you are wanting to travel to the nearby ski resorts. Definitely...

"Pros: Great location, next to city center and Aiguille du Midi. Very walkable, convenience stores right next to the unit. Very clean. Cons: very small for American standards, parking was a mess. Also, very strong cigarette smell in the bathroom due to a shared vent with other units. WiFi wasn’t really working,."

"Great chalet for a family ski holiday, highly recommend it! Right next to the slopes and 5 mins from the telecabin and ski hire shops. Plenty of room for 6, fully equipped kitchen, warm, clean and lovely family atmosphere. Marcella was super helpful with local information and check in arrangements. Be aware you need to sign an additional rental agreement for her. And make sure you confirm the check out time with her, it was different from the one on the website."

"We were grateful to check in early so we didn’t have to pay to store luggage. The apartment was clean and beds are comfortable. The location in regards to our ski rental, bakery, and Du Midi station was perfect. As a family of 5 we found the kitchen lacking. The apartment only had two drinking glasses and one wine glass. It also did not have a kitchen towel, washcloth, or dish soap. The company did fix a clogged drain after the shower flooded the bathroom, but failed to provide new clean towels...
