"Lovely quirky hotel! We had a nice room with table and chairs so, whilst no food was on offer, we were able to go to the nearby supermarket for supplies, and have a little picnic in the room after a long journey. The bed was comfortable and, despite our initial concerns, there was no noise from the nearby busy roads. The hotel provided an excellent breakfast included in the price. A great stay and excellent value for money!"

"Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Pedro and Phillipe were wonderful hosts. The room was spotlessly clean. We were greeted with a very warm greeting and as we settled in to our room Pedro was playing the piano.....wonderful. Breakfast was all home made, plentiful and very tasty (I especially recommend the homemade jams). We did’nt use the pool but did see it and it was clean and looked welcoming. "Corinne, our hostess, was the highlight of our stay in Berville-sur-Mer. Her thatched roof home is beautifully refurbished and updated, but hasn't lost a bit of its old world country charm. Our room was so fresh and comfortable. "A wonderful property and lovely hosts. Elizabeth and Jean-Christian went out of their way to welcome us. A great selection of maps and tourist information on hand for your days out. The village itself (a very short walk) is tranquil with basic amenities - Bakery, farm shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. The house is cosy and very well equipped for your stay. We would heartily recommend to other families. We expect we will visit again!"
