"There is a reason there are so many five star reviews for Villa Mimosa—because they are well deserved. The owners and the local contact were very nice and accommodating. From restaurant recommendations to answering questions, they are very responsive. The location is great, a 20 minute walk or a few minute drive from St. Paul de Vence. Grocery store is very close. Villa is about 15 minutes from the airport. The villa is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It has a large outside patio...

Good but warn people about the extra charge

"I loved the stay but would be advisable that in Hotels.com you tell people about the extra charge that we need to give as a deposit, for a person who has the exact money it can turn into a tricky situation if not warner prior but the stay was lovely, very confortable and easy location to all the key places I wanted to go. "

"The views were amazing. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. I booked this hotel for the spa but it turns out you have to book it weeks in advance cuz it's highly in demand. But overall the hotel was impressive and charming and I would stay there again!"

"I have stayed at Hotel Beau Rivage several times over the last 10 years. I love being so close to the sea as well as the market. The staff are very helpful and give good suggestions for dining. Rates are very reasonable in the off season and the hotel was trimmed up beautifully for Christmas."
