Jean Pierre and Basanti were the most welcoming and attentive of hosts. The location is superb, with views to the Pyrenees on a clear day and a large garden that encourages a wide range of amazing butterflies. The pool is well tended and has spacious new decking and furniture for relaxing. The villa is very comfortable, with all the amenities needed and stays cool...

"We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in August 2024. It is a lovely house with a gorgeous pool. The host Susan is the perfect mix of present but unobtrusive. The surrounding area has so much to do, from caves and underground chasms to beautiful villages and Mediterranean beaches. Highly recommend!"

"This lovely villa is like home from home. Very well equipped and comfortable. Pool is lovely... Clean and a good size for cool dips in the hot sun. Garden has shaded areas too. Information provided useful details and all communication was helpful and prompt. A Lidl is within a 5min walk meaning this is great if you don't have a car. Villa was clean and spacious and some great extras such as books and playing cards and pool toys which we didn't use as had brought ours but a thoughtful addition....

"An absolute gem of a property. The house is in the midst of beautiful grapevines and countryside, so its an opportunity to totally relax in the most wonderful setting (and house), with restaurants and bars a 10 minute walk away. The house is fully stocked with the latest gadgets and the rooms are perfect. Our host Cedric, was so accommodating, helpful and friendly - we couldn't have asked for more. I would (and hopefully will) return in a hearbeat!"

"It was as good as anybody would want. The weather was not kind which usually means you start finding fault but we didn't. Very comfortable and close to all amenities. The flock of sheep and huge guard dog were endlessly entertaining. Very nice hosts."

"Top Grundstück, umfangreiche Ausstattung, super Pool. Dass Vormieter verfettete Formen in den Backofen stellen vergessen wir mal diskret. Leider gab es einige Probleme mit der Elektrik. Sehr sehr ärgerlich, die Plancha wie auf den Bildern ist nicht vorhanden. Es steht lediglich ein Holzkohlegrill zur Verfügung. Viel Spaß mit dem Dreck. Wir haben dies moniert. Angeblich wäre die Gasplancha zu gefährlich. Die ansonsten gute Kommunikation hat uns dann zu diesem Thema einfach ignoriert. Wir haben...

What the accomodation lacks in modernity, it more than makes up for in size of rooms, cleanliness, the MOST comfortable beds, facilities (including a pool and steam room) and self catering amenities. But what sets this place apart, is the most incredible breakfast - we have never had such choice and quality!!! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff also deserves a big mention. Would definitely look at returning!"

The staff did an excellent job of keeping the hotel in top condition. One of the highlights of my stay was the ample parking available at the hotel. I had no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance, and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. This made coming and going from the hotel a breeze, and I appreciated not...

"From the initial enquiry, communication with the owners was excellent. Anne and Frédéric are excellent hosts, very helpful without being intrusive. The accommodation cannot be faulted. Clean, very well equipped and very spacious. Small but well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes. Larger Carrefour and E Leclerc hypermarkets within 20 minutes. Pleasant 3 mile walk through vineyards and around a lake straight from the Gite with more demanding and walks and hikes within driving distance....
