"At first this motel looks very old and I thought we made a mistake when booked this room. But room appeared to be very clean and spacious, relatively recently renovated. The only serious downside is VERY noisy air conditioner. We had to turn it off to get a bit of sleep."

"Not a very good location for people who take the Orleans Express Bus to La Pocatiere because they will have to walk quite long with their luggage. If the hotel can offer a free pickup/drop off at the Bus station, it will be much more attractive and competitive to the other hotels in the area."
