"Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Suggestions for dinner were perfect. Breakfast, 9.5 euros, was outstanding. A large buffet of fresh choices. Excellent coffee. On one of the days they told us it was not possible to get a taxi but they would arrange us one ..... 15 minutes later a illegal taxi turned up arranged by the hotel staff. We where taken to our destination in a old unsafe car, then charged double the amount !!!"

When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one.
