"Excellent location. In easy walking distance if the old town and main tourist sites. Some very interesting cafes and eateries on the doorstep. The premises offer a nice lounge area and garden which was being redone unfortunately but obviously is a real asset in good weather. Rennes is a very interesting town and this is a good base fir a visit. "
