"Camille was very responsive with communications leading up to the stay and Nicholas met us promptly at check in time which was very helpful and appreciated. The apartment is a short 15 minute taxi ride from the train which was convenient. The apartment is as described in the pictures and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is clean. "We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our trip. The pictures do not do this place justice. Perfect place to stay when visiting the DDay sites. "Nicolas met us to let us in and to give us the keys. The apartment is situated in a courtyard (that’s where you park). There’s a key to enter the building and a key to enter the third floor apartment. It seemed like a very safe area. Nice and quiet at night. The views from the apartment were lovely. The windows can be opened to let in fresh air. The heating system worked well. The beds were comfortable. Great location. We walked to everything we wanted to do. "

"When we arrived, we were very happy to have something so roomy to relax in. It was also a nice stopover to do some laundry. The apartment is close to the church and main street in Bayeux. Our only complaint, is that the heater wasn't on. The host was very responsive to all of my our questions and indicated that the heat was turned off. Thankfully the temperatures were tolerable."

"Lovely property! The bakery is unique lodging and was in an excellent location to explore Normandy. The walk into Bayeux was a bit long but lovely along a river. We visited the DDay sites as well as Mont St Michel by car. The owner lives in a large house on the property and was very welcoming and informative, though with no one present on arrival it was easy to follow directions to access the property. This is absolutely a great location to stay if you are travelling in Normandy by car. "
