Cette demeure historique, très propre et avec de bons couchages, nous a parfaitement convenu, bien restaurée, en gardant en grande partie l'esprit médiéval. "Run down hotel double charged me at check out and did not respond to my emails asking for a refund. At check out the elderly receptionist was confused and could not see that I already pre-paid via hotels.com. So I was forced to pay 680 euro again. The lady promised to check with hotels.com the same day and email me. Now 3 weeks later, I still got no refund. Or any responds. I called 2 times, and emailed with documentation 3 times, only to get the info that she did not get my emails. But after...
