All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. "Amaël and Ida were wonderful hosts who provided clear instructions for check in and were available throughout our stay. We had misread the listing and did not realize there was no air conditioning. This was in no way the owners fault, as it is clearly listed, but we were surprised and it made for an uncomfortable stay in a heat wave. "Nice apartment in good location. Check-in process was easy although messages sent the day before to confirm we’re not responded to so called early on day of arrival. Apartment is definitely stylish with some unique pieces which is great but needs to get some of the basics of comfort down first. For example, instead on 6 decorative cushions on the bed, maybe invest in quality pillows for a good night’s sleep. The corkscrew provided was of such poor quality that it broke trying to open a bottle....
