"I booked the hotel and received confirmation of booking. The hotel was very difficult to find with my gps. I finally found it because I saw a crosswalk in the photo. The building was in complete darkness and no one was there. No one answered the phone. It was late in the evening and I had to look for another hotel and then try to get my payment back. Not good…."
