During our stay we visited Carcassonne, a medieval city-you should definitely visit at only an hour away by car. The locals were really kind and friendly. "This is the first time I had used VRBO. The house suited our tastes and budget. Nicely decorated and planned out. The pool area in the rear garden along with the barbeque area, kids swings and slide made everything for a perfect stay. This is south facing and gets the sun all day which is perfect.
