Discover this charming air-conditioned holiday home in the Ardèche, with breathtaking views of nature from the pretty terrace and green garden. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.

It is set against a rock, 200 m from the centre of the quiet village of Saint Julien du Gua and 13 km from the town of Privas. A restaurant and a grocery shop open all year round are in the village and a supermarket can be reached at 9 km. There are plenty of sights to admire and activities to do in the area. You can go kayaking in St Sauveur de Montagut (17 km) or in Vallon Pont d'Arc, visit the nearby local markets (for example on Thursdays and Sundays in Vals-les-Bains, 13 km away, where you can also find a spa and a casino), or drive along the Gorges du Gardon (30 km) or the Gorges de l'Ardèche (41 km) for stunning views. A day in villages like Voguë (24 km), Balazuc (29 km) or Mirmande (32 km) or the Parc Jouvet (40 km) is also worthwhile.

Ein ruhiger Ort in den Bergen

Ein schönes altes Haus in einem kleinen Dorf in den Bergen. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und praktisch ausgestattet. Schöne Terrasse mit Morgensonne und herrlichem Blick. Wir haben die Woche hier genossen und einige - anstrengende - Radtouren gemacht. Vielen Dank
