"The villa is in a great location for exploring the Medoc and all it has to offer. Arcachon Bay and Bordeaux are both within easy reach. I would recommend taking the tram to Bordeaux. The property is not luxurious but it does offer spacious comfortable accommodation with a great wrap-around garden. "Beautiful home, wonderful for a family holiday. The swimming pool and garden are fantastic for the children and the house is very spacious and well kept. Big kitchen with everything by you will need. There is a lovely bakery just a 5min walk as well as supermarket which is very useful. The beach is world class and only a 10min drive. Overall a 5 star experience "

Arrivée sur un terrain gadouilleux, décheterie à l'entrée du terrain. Une piscine verte mais non pas bleue, donc inutilisable.Un aéroport juste à côté de la maison dont le décollage des avions vous réveillent à 5h du matin. Les photos de l'interieur de la maison sur l'annonce sont magnifiques mais ne reflètent pas la réalité...

"We had a magical week. The house and settling is stunning. Tropical greenery, wonderful pool, beautiful interiors. A kids wendy house kept the little ones busy for hours. Great location, easy to reach everywhere by bike (although some quite steep hills to get up to the house!). Close to a lovely bakery and grocery shop. Really easy access to the ocean side (incredible sunsets) and to the lagoon side. The only very slight niggle I have is having to pay extra for towels. We will definitely return...

"This villa has so much going for it. We were a mixed family group of 8 Adults and 9 kids all ages. We had enormous fun here. Loads of space for cooking and entertaining. There is a pinball machine! The pool area is super with a fully functioning outdoor kitchen. The host is kind and good on comms. 10/10 "

"We have just returned from a wonderful week in Lacanau. The villa is so well equipped, it really does have everything you need. It is clean and the beds are comfy. The pool is fantastic and the view of the lake wonderful. The villa is in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. The lake is down quite a long, steep hill from the villa - you may need to drive if you have lots of little children or kit. Cycling is so easy, you have to go down the hill and through to Le Moutchic to access the main cycle...
