"Loved the warm welcome and generous basket from Barry when we arrived. Great accommodation. Amazing pool and gardens. Barry always there to help with any issues and even brought us extra logs for the fire on a cold evening. Great bike path along old raikway track into town (we walked it). Great galette place in town for food. Market on Friday morning. Ideal for easy drive to Fougeres, Mont Saint Michelle, Cancale. Really relaxing, lovely stay. Would recommend."

"Fabulous overnight stay. Fabrice was lovely and very helpful. House of Poppies was great. Clean and equipped with everything we needed. A nice bottle of red wine watching the sunset from the terrace was the perfect antidote to a long drive. Gardens were lovely for our dog to explore. Fab homemade breakfast. Thanks for a great stay! It is better to rely on the photos than the text regarding the number of beds and bathrooms. Good starting point to travel to other cities or sights. But also a great place to stay at the house and enjoy the pool."
