"Very nice and clean Hotel, well contacted 2 mins walinh from the train station. Staff was so helpful and welcoming, especially the reception manager, i had a small problem with my room then she directly changed it. "

"We had a 7:55 train, the hotel was across the street and served breakfast. Perfect!"

"The garage is charged separately and is extremely narrow, so be careful. Seriously! The hotel is 20 min walk to the historical town. We had an issue with the shower and we were immediately moved to another room. Great staff. The heating in the room was not great though. The breakfast had very few options and it was not worth it. "

"All aspects of Hôtel were excellent. We had used Kyriad hotel group earlier in our trip…hence choosing them again. Will not hesitate to book A Kyriad in the future.Thanks."

"We had a difficult time with checking in. At first we could not find anyone or even the front desk. The instructions say to go to the front desk but it was closed even though we were within the open hours. We didn’t get great instructions when checking in and had trouble with the locks. The property is stunning but a long way from any amenities. Not walkable to any restaurants. The host was kind enough to call a taxi for us to go into town for dinner because it can apparently be difficult to...

"Hôtel is in a great location for exploring Ambroise. Staff very obliging and rooms brand new, clean and comfortable. However as there was no air conditioning every room had their windows wide open day and night. Outside almost finished so still a few building noises and garden improvements to be made and for this reason we didn’t use the small swimming pool available."
