Très bien mais...
Appartement très bien situé, très belle vue. Cependant il est nécessaire voir urgent de changer la machine à laver (le bouton de démarrage est cassé et enfoncé) et de rajouter un ventilateur dans la chambre du bas. De plus la poignée de porte de la salle de bain est cassée et le chauffe eau fuit (une cuvette récupère l'eau)

nicht so toll
Die Wohnung ließ sich nur über eine steile Treppe erreichen, mit einigen Koffern sehr mühselig, die Fenster des Schlafzimmers konnte man nicht geöffnet lassen, da nachts der Verkehrslärm trotz 30er Zone erheblich ist. Da die Garage fußläufig ca 8 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt liegt und vor der Wohnung Halteverbot besteht, ist nur ein kurzes Parken möglich. Die Wendeltreppe ins oben gelegene Schlafzimmer ist eng und nicht mit einem Geländer versehen. ziemlich gefährlich!

Halber Preis - ok. Viel zu laut. Parken schlecht
Treppe nach oben (ohne Handlauf) viel zu gefährlich für Kinder. Schlafen im oberen Bereich wegen zu großem Hitzestau fast unmöglich. Geschirr mit vielen kleinen Macken. Geschirr und Besteck zu sehr "zusammengewürfelt". Sowieso viel zu viel Kleinkram und Utensilien vorhanden, die somit zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten bieten. Garage nicht nutzbar. Garagenmaß war angegeben. Nur, dass man mit einem kleinen europäischen Mittelklassewagen dann fast nicht mehr ein- und aussteigen kann dachte ich nicht.

Très belle situation, avec vue sur le port de plaisance et la plage de st Cyr; très calme (vue la période, dernier WE de septembre, peut être normal!). 2 terrasses vue mer appréciables; « comme à la maison » car Appart agréable avec petite bibliothèque avec bouquins dans diverses langues, quelques CD variés et pas de jeux de société. Petit bémol: duplex avec escalier en colimaçon à sécuriser, et garage peu commode à utiliser (très étroit).

Apartament przestronny, wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty i akcesoria, z pięknym widokiem na morze i przystań. Doskonała lokalizacja, mieszkanie przy samej plaży, w odległości kilku minut drogi piekarnie, xxx, bankomat, restauracje. Przed sezonem (byliśmy w maju) miasto raczej dla osób, które szukają ciszy i spokoju. Pogoda idealna, plaże czyste, ze sporą ilością drobnych kamieni. Świetna obsługa agencji. Gorąco polecam!!

Idéalement situé, au dessus du vieux port, à 2 mns des restaurants et à 3 mns de la plage des Lecques. Idéal pour passer des vacances les pieds dans l'eau.
