La comunicación con Jacobo muy buena ya que me respondía a mis preguntas y nos fue a encontrar cuando llegamos. El fue muy amable y nos explicó todo lo del depto y nos dio un mapa donde nos sugirió restaurantes y lugares turísticos. El apartamento estaba limpio y es muy amplio. "A strange and great place to stay. Excellent access to everything in the center of Bordeaux. A big apt and the best part is the excellent and private space out back. It's really nice to have that in town. The rooms do have a strange layout which might bother some - and it can be dark in some spaces. The main bedroom has a pull out couch for a bed and the windows open right onto the street so it can be noisy when trying to sleep - it didn't bother me much except when the trash collectors come...

"The apartment was well presented and clean, warm and comfortable in a lovely quiet building. The location was excellent with an easy walk to the centre and the tram stop virtually on the doorstep for going further out of town. There were supermarkets, a fruit shop and an artisan bread shop within walking distance and the kitchen was well equipped for self catering with all equipment in good working order. The owners were friendly and accommodating and responsive to any questions we had going...

The check in and out persons were on time and very friendly. ( for non French speaking guests, they spoke English)The price was very reasonable; especially compared to hotel. Highly recommended"
