"Clean, sterile, functional. Rather like a renovated older Motel 6 in the states. Friendly and helpful desk clerk. Spoke enough English to help. Good shower (no tub). Room had effective heater once management turned it on, and an openable window. No space devoted to art work, although our room had a yellow wall. "The property is a very high end beautifully maintained castle. Our room had a beautiful turret and was beautifully lit. All the accommodations were top notch and the service was excellent I would highly recommend and I plan to return. "

"The desk staff at this hotel was incredibly unfriendly. We booked two nights total, coming and going. On the second arrival the desk clerk was rude, confrontational and we learned later a liar. The location on the river isn’t worth the toxic environment created by the desk staff. There are better friendly alternatives."
