"Lovely apartment and would stay again, but just to make people aware, you have to pay extra for towels and they make you clean the entire apartment and take bins out etc. before you leave. It also isn't strictly ski-in ski-out and there's a bit of a walk up a hill and across a car park to get to the piste."

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

" Should have read the reviews before booking, I experienced most of the negative comments i read in the reviews including unfriendly and unhelpful staff ( rarely someone at reception even at advertised times), penny pinching and hidden costs ( had to pay for sheets and pillow cases and buy our own toilet roll) no parking, an advertised pool that shut at at 6pm, a broken Jacuzzi. "It was not clear on booking that the hotel was spread over several different chalet buildings within the village and so if you were not in the main building you basically didn’t have practical access to any of the amenities like the spa and swimming pool. Furthermore the ratio of amenities to guests is totally overloaded and so the spa was always very congested without proper changing facilities. Like most Pierre residence properties, very misleading once again."
