"This motel was ok for a quick stop to catch some rest. Shower had great hot water, bed was ok comfortable. The rooms are very outdated, lack of pillows, room was very cold in the room upon arrival but heated up fairly quickly. However, No heat in the bathroom. There’s an indian restaurant on site. Toilet wasnt clean properly. Overall, it was ok to stop by on our way to Quebec to shower and catch some rest."

"The facilities were clean and safe. Among the many positive moments of my stay, I most appreciated the pleasant interactions with BW staff I encountered. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and courteous. Her name is Ryanne. Unfortunately, I did not learn the name of the second staff member I would like to mention. She was the server in your BW restaurant that evening - pleasant, fun and knowledgeable. I expect to be in Grand Falls again soon and look forward to my stay."

"Property wasn’t plowed until the day we left after a heavy snow storm making it difficult to enter the parking lot. Good thing we had sleds! The tv was out for our entire stay. My father came down ill on the first night and made for a long day of nothing to do in the room but stare at a green screen."

"I always sleep here when we visit my mother in law for Christmas. I think ive slept here 3 differents years. Super clean room and hotel. Extremely quiet! For me the bed is quite hard but its not uncomfortable. Highly recommend!"

"My favorite thing about this place is the basement fitness center. They have a new, single room fitness center on the first floor that’s fine for a casual exercise enthusiast. It’s still probably better than most hotels (it has a decent complement of weights, medicine balls, and kettlebells), a leg extension/curl machine, a multifunction weight stack machine, a bench, and a few cardio machines. "The Plum room was very comfortable with a gorgeous bed and bedding. On our return trip we stayed in the Raspberry room and found it delightful. The rooms are so well insulated that you did not hear the other guests. Breakfast was a choice between ham and eggs with toast or French toast and delicious and filling. "
