"The hotel is near Hakodate train and bus station(You can take bus to HKD). There's morning market in next block of this hotel for seafood. Hakodate does not have underground so taking bus or tram may be easier to get to the attractions. Just be aware of the time. The breakfast is good and good to have in winter time (you don't want to go out in cold winter morning). "

"My family stayed here two nights. It is a beautiful hotel! The room was spacious with a deep bathtub and well appointed. They have a breakfast buffet available that was very nice. The second floor also features an onsen, which we didnt get to try. I have 3 large tattoos but they also had tattoo stickers, my tattoos are just very big. It didnt matter to me, we had so much fun! The hotel is directly next to the Hakodate Station which was great when we got off the train to heavy snow! There is a Lawson's on the ground level you can access without going outside. There are also cute restaurants and shops on the first floor and a Gold's Gym. We had a great stay and Hakodate is lovely."

"Really great value! We reserved for our family (5) and the 5th bed (pullout couch) was already made with sheets and everything. We had 4 full size beds. This hotel is only 2-3 min from the station. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We chose the option with breakfast (buffet style), and we loved the breakfast, too. My favorite was mini-melon-pan (bread) and there were many choices for food for breakfast, both Japanese and western style cuisine. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Very nice hotel with excellent amenities. The room was very large and super clean. I was very impressed with this hotel and the on site Onsen was the best one I have been to so far with indoor and outdoor onsen and sauna. I highly recommend this hotel. I also walked from the train station which was not far from the hotel (about 10 minutes walk)."

"Hotel has nice onsen, very popular even close to midnight. There are free soup and drinks in lobby . There are free pillow to choose from pillow counter and free scent to choose daily. The breakfast is a must go, really fabulous spread and delicious. "
