Friendly & helpful staff. Upgraded our room for a better view of river, helped us to find free parking as their lot was full …. And not plowed (too much snow). Room key on phone app is innovative but not supper convenient. Pretty hotel with beautiful artwork. Clean rooms. Breakfast was very good.

This hotel has dedicated parking in a hip part of town. The interior is beautiful and they have the most comfortable beds I've used in Chicoutimi. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The free breakfast is delicious (freshly cooked eggs with bacon and potatoes and not a continental breakfast like we are used to in most hotel that offers freed breakfast). Our room was really clean with a kitchenette, which was really convenient.

I would recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the city life. Their gym is sparse, but their beds are very comfortable and there are good restaurants nearby. I wish they cleaned the room daily, but I have not seen that service in many Canadian hotels so maybe it is just my American bias.

Extremely friendly and helpful personnel. The note is modern, with many nice technological innovations. The hotel is in downtown Chicoutimi with restaurants in walking distance.

Ranked very high. The room was great. The breakfast is top notch. Very reasonably priced. The only downfall is the rear parking lot does not have an elevator so bring the luggage in was difficult. I would stay again.

The Hotel has 3 Restaurants ; we tried two of them, one for breakfast Galerie (good breakfast) and one for dinner - Inter (very good food and the waiters were very nice). The personnel of the Hotel is very professional. The structure is clean and easily accessible (you can see that it is an older building that was renovated a few times); the hotel also offers a free parking for the hotel clients.

Our family travelled with us and despite requesting handicapped access rooms the hotel does not have ANY, they changed rooms twice until we finally had to book another hotel for them. Our room was acceptable, the bathroom needs major improvements. The staff were all great and the breakfast was delicious.

Entrance Not Mobility Friendly
The hotel’s entrance requires navigating a bank of steps to get to the lobby. It is very difficult for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Staff were very cordial, breakfast was great. The hall was clean and looked good, but the room was not at all like the pictures. Furniture looked cheap, and both the bedroom and restroom deserve a renovation. The corridors seemed dirty and abandoned.

Agréablement surprise des chambres!!! C’est grand et propre en plus d’être bien équipée!!! Superbe vue sur le Saguenay et la Racine, près de plusieurs restos/bars. Toutefois, le stationnement est très restreint et mal entretenu en hiver.
