"On entering, we found the large foyer well-designed and welcoming. It could accommodate multiple groups and had numerous amenities for guests’ enjoyment. We chose a basic room, which was not large, but well-appointed, with everything we needed, including a small refrigerator and microwave. There was no in-room coffee maker, but the lobby provided good coffee at all hours. Breakfast was a credit at the Farmhouse restaurant next door. Excellent!"

Loved that the home is dog friendly!Heather was a great communicator and let us know about road conditions and snow removal ahead of time. We would gladly stay again!"

"We loved staying here while skiing at Schweitzer ski resort. The hot tub was a perfect way to help those muscles after a long day of skiing, the beds were comfy, the house was clean and cozy and we loved the view of the lake and mountains. We would stay here again and will recommend to our friends as well! "

"This property was perfect for our last minute ski trip to Schweitzer! While it was a long drive from the mountain it was well stocked with all the amenities we could need and the kids especially enjoyed the Nintendo switch!The only thing I would say is to make sure you have a capable 4WD vehicle as it is deep in the woods with a lot of hills and turns and a big hill down to the driveway that gets icey. "

"Heather was great at communicating with us on the pet policy and directions. And Todd was fantastic about plowing the road and addressing an evening issue with the smoke detector (about 20' up on the chimney).It was great having separate bathrooms and floors (!) for each of the couples in our group. We enjoyed both the general location and the trails on the property. While we had thought about skiing/snowboarding, we were just as happy staying local and enjoying our time together as a family. Limited cell access wasn't an issue for us. We could periodically check weather conditions and even received or sent calls (as needed). We may like to return in another season to see and explore more of the area/property."
