"Our family (8) stayed at this gem of a place. With comfortable rooms and game room the house provided a great experience in the Sandpoint area. Would love to go in the summer to take advantage of water activity. "

"This property was perfect for our last minute ski trip to Schweitzer! While it was a long drive from the mountain it was well stocked with all the amenities we could need and the kids especially enjoyed the Nintendo switch!The only thing I would say is to make sure you have a capable 4WD vehicle as it is deep in the woods with a lot of hills and turns and a big hill down to the driveway that gets icey. "

And Todd was fantastic about plowing the road and addressing an evening issue with the smoke detector (about 20' up on the chimney).It was great having separate bathrooms and floors (!) for each of the couples in our group. We enjoyed both the general location and the trails on the property. While we had thought about skiing/snowboarding, we were just as happy staying local and enjoying our time together as a family. Limited cell access wasn't an issue for us. We could periodically check weather conditions and even received or sent calls (as needed). We may like to return in another season to see and explore more of the area/property."
