"We got there late, a late check-in. Just the person checking us in was there no one to help with our bags up to the third floor. I was called that morning and told the elevator was out, but there would be plenty of guys to help. It was myself 73 year-old female and my daughter and her two young girls seven and nine. It wasn’t great trying to get up all those stairs. I understand the elevator was out, but in that case, you need to have at least one guy on duty to help with bags at all times."

"Cleanliness is always priority and this hotel, it's lobby & dining was all kept clean. Breakfast had a great selection. The breakfast area was open early and that was a plus as i was leaving early. The lady at the front desk was kind."
