"The staff at check in and departure were most friendly and cheerful. The included evening snacks and the comp beversges ( wine cocktails beer) were well received by all. The rush at breakfast and evening food times makes seating a challenge at times. While only there for 2 nights, those 2 nights on a crappy well used mattress was about all I could take. Investing in a good mattress to replaced old worn ones would be a good start. "
