"My stay was great. My room was beautiful, the hand soap and body lotion was devine. My only issue was that i couldn't get subtitles in English on the TV and the breakfast needed more variety. "

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is perfect for a stay in Florence. I have stayed here whilst visiting Florence previously, which is why we chose this hotel again. Everything about it is wonderful, the staff, the rooms, the location. It was also my husbands birthday whilst we were there and he received a lovely unexpected gift from the manager. "

"Hotel was in a great location and everything was walkable. Very friendly service. Room was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the free water and how we could keep our bags safely locked after checkout. We enjoyed the special birthday Prosecco, thank you! A wonderful stay!"

"Loved this hotel. We stayed here our last night in Florence before going home. Wish we could have stayed for more days. Very nice staff, they held our bags for us until it was time to check in. When we came back from Pisa, our bags were in our room. I would definitely stay again. "

"Fantastic location and walkable from train station. The beds were comfy and quality linen. Gorgeous bathroom . Big thank you to room maids who were attentive with good customer service . Customer service top class. Moved to alternative room as light sleeper . Avoid - road facing rooms . Noisy outside and the quality of window fitting is poor . ( which is a shame as they must’ve cost a fortune to purchase) . Drafts and noise come in . Get contractors back to fill gaps with lime mortar not...

"My second time staying at this property. Rooms are spacious, close to plenty if dining, shopping and tourists attractions. Roof top lounge, and in the summer it even has a pool over looking the Duomo. Staff here are helpful and friendly. Train right outside that takes you to the SMN train station and the airport. Hight recommend, especially if you have children."

"The location is extremely convenient - close, but not too close, to the train station and walkable to a major sites in Florence. This was my second stay here and it lived up to expectations. The breakfast room has a fantastic view of the Duomo and the city - plus an excellent buffet with very good coffee. One nice, unusual amenity at the hotel is a complimentary minibar that is restocked daily. "

"Clean, comfortable, quiet, and such a lovely room with a balcony view that can’t be beat. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "
