"Property was great and the local staff was great especially housekeeping and Saundra but some admin person insisted we fill out a document online which I was unable to access and we were already getting ready to check out. This after the apt was not ready when we checked in."

"We enjoyed this property enough to book it again in May. It’s a quick 5min walk to the cleveland clinic cancer center, The reason for our stay. The grocery store downstairs was the best part. We were able to make our meals at the condo. We ubered to little italy and the baseball field for less then $15. Friendly staff and they even had an eclipse party on the outdoor area with music, pizza and soda. My only complaints was our dishwasher didn’t work any the water had a sulfer smell the first...

"No AC, ran out of toilet paper notified management by text. They said it would be taken care of. Never was. Had to sleep with the windows open. Very very noisy all night long "
