"It was just a quick stay overnight before we flew out early in the AM. Andre checked us in, made it super easy and he was so friendly and helpful. The condition of rooms, libby etc was great. Beds were comfy...only thing that was not great was the pillows were too soft :)"

"Stayed in the Penthouse suite with the skyline view. It was beyond what I expected. The lobby and hallways were sparkling clean. I always could see someone cleaning, and it smelled fresh every time going in and out. The room, the view, the soaking tub, the heated bathroom floor, the ambient lighting under the kitchen cabinets. Wish I’d stayed longer. "

"Very convenient airport shuttle. Picked me up within 10 minutes of asking for the ride and left the hotel on schedule. Many restaurants within a short walk and also a Pizzeria Uno on site. "

"My Sister and I have DEFINITELY placed Hyatt House Chicago/Medical District on the top of our Chicago places to stay!!! Everything from the room layout to the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We had to come to Chicago to be with our dad who is hospitalized at Cook County/John Stroger’s hospital, so we searched for places near. Hyatt House is literally across the parking lot from the hospital, so location wise was perfect. We entered our room which was VERY clean and spacious for two. There was plenty of storage space and a small kitchen area that included a sink and stove top. We are a little germ cautious so we usually bring our own cleaning supplies. We didn’t need to use them (we still ran a bleach wipe on the knob’s and toilet for peace of mind), this room was very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They showed us how to get to the hospital, and when we came back they were very caring about how our visit went. The restaurant and bar on the 2nd floor are nice additions. You don’t have to just sit in your room if you don’t want to leave out. D.J you were one of our favorite parts of our stay if not our favorite part!!! He greeted us every time he saw us, he was attentive and helpful. We simply mentioned towels and he had them ready for us when we returned. He asked about our father’s health and his concern for our current mind state every time and it truly felt genuine. We are truly grateful for you and hope to see you out next stay!!"
