"We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind. Jocelyn checked us in and we had the most wonderful experience with her. Throughout our trip, the front desk staff would always greet us when we walked through the lobby. The lobby also smelled wonderful - like fresh air and roses. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The only downsides were that the pillows were super soft and became flat as soon as we laid our heads down. Also, the hotel is right next to the train tracks, so it’s quite a loud and busy area. If you can tolerate the constant sound of the train and traffic, you should be fine. "
