"Overall this is a great place to stay. The main reason is the hotel's location. Once you arrive, you never need your car until you leave. Everything is very walkable. The hotel is in bad need of updating. It does seem clean but everywhere you look seems to be outdated. Great amenities. Just wish they would work on freshening things up some. "

"Don’t judge a book by its cover….this Safety Harbor gem doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside is beyond adorable! Perfect for a girls weekend or a fun family trip. "I stayed with my 87-year old mom, my husband and a cousin from upstate New York. This house was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone and it had everything you could possibly need for your stay. While we don't cook on vacation, they even had spices, coffee, sugar, condiments for you to use. I had asked the owners if they had noodles for the pool. I do believe there could have been some upgrades with the sheets and towels and washcloths. East to get good ones from Home goods . I would have liked it a little closer to downtown. "
