"The castle is a dream. Wonderful place.Stunning .Super clean. Quiet walkable city down the hill. Beautiful rooms. The only bad thing was dinner time. It’s a shame that are so short staffed. It took forever to get food and a long wait (30 min.) to get coffee after dinner. A hotel with this stature should offer an excellent service all around. "

"The hotel itself is nice enough and we would have enjoyed the outdoor areas at and near the hotel with better weather. Annoyingly, the bar wasn't open in the afternoon and we noticed quite a number of people waiting when it did open. Strangely, the bar is not accessible through the hotel when the restaurant is closed, needing to walk around the front to get to. There must have been a large party booked in to the restaurant as it was full immediately after it opened so we had to wait an hour and...

"La cabaña es preciosa y está en un paraje muy bonito en pleno campo rodeado de encinas y con bancos en el exterior para comer, muy cerca del pueblo. Las camas de litera de 1.35 son amplias con lamas de madera. Los colchones muy incómodos, el sofá cama del comedor muy cómodo para dormir. El agua caliente y la calefacción funcionan muy bien. "Ok for a night stop on the road. Bathroom is new and clean, linens need upgrade. Food at the restaurant is very good with an extensive menu. "

"Our room was dark during the day. The lights were very few and weak. In the morning the sunlight didn't let us sleep. The fornitures need an upgrade, the night table was broken and the wardrobe made funny sounds. But the worst was the wallpaper, broken and with many stains. The spa is very limited and expensive for what it is. The rest of the hotel is very nice, the restaurant, the patio and the employees are remarkable."

"It's very difficult to know how to rate this hotel. A beautiful old inn set in a stunning location. A few irritations though, made what could have been a fabulous experience into an expensive let down. Over 300 euros for dinner bed and breakfast warrants more personal care and attention. After driving up a very narrow track you arrive at the car park. Press the button on a large gate, not a word of welcome on the intercom. Gate opens and off you and your baggage trek, down 42 steep cobbled...

"Got a fantastic welcome from a very nice girl who she brougth us to the nice 4 poster bed room with a nice wiew to the Castillo,Next morning went down for breakfast ,2 nice brothers served us a nice breakfast and we had a nice chat.Isabel LINARES & rOBERT LENAHAN"
