"The house was beautiful- could not have been cleaner. I asked if it was possible to get an early check in- NO response. The whole house had ONE TV- that did not work. That was a definite setback with so many children to entertain. I contacted the host who EVENTUALLY got back to me, but that is as far as it went. It was not remedied."
