"My husband fell ill and the staff including management were on site to address my husbands illness within seconds ! The staff addressed all concerns informing us of all procedures and protocols just incase the issue had escalated. The staff brought food and water to the bedroom helping the stressful issue we were having. The First Aid Guard and the Manager William onsite were extremely helpful in addressing the emergency we encountered on site. I am very happy with this Resort and recommend anyone to definitely book at the Divi All Inclusive. "

"This property was very clean and beautiful! We loved our stay. The property felt safe and police station is right next door which is an added bonus for security. The resort is very accommodating and does have security on site. Property was quiet and rooms are very spacious with a perfect view of the pools and beach. The only thing I will say is there are limited dining options and the restaurants they have are open until 9pm unless you go to the bar. This is only an issue if you have kids which of course can’t go to the bar. They do have private dining which is room service but no kids menu available for private dining. There are many restaurants available within walking distance off the resort or you can drive to them as well and those are open late. I would definitely come back here for sure. I would suggest if you are coming to Aruba in general and returning to the USA to allow 4 hours to get through customs when going back to the US. Customs takes a very long time to get through and we missed our flight due to the unexpected length of time it takes to go through. It does appear there is a new building for USA departures but is not fully operational for all airlines yet so hopefully in the future this will be a shorter length of time to get through. Overall our stay was excellent we were very pleased. Customer service was top notch and staff go out of their way to help in any way to accommodate!"
