The afterhours lockbox is situated outside. It was minus 25 Celsius and dark when we arrived. The lockboxes inside need two fingers for the metal buttons on either side. I still have peeling finger skin two weeks later from having to touch them. The lockbox should be situated in an inside lobby - very poor. There are multiple buildings in this complex and not well lit, so you have to find your in the dark and the cold and pulling your suitcase through snow."
