A wonderful Host
We were travelling by boat and looking for a property with a dock. We had such a great time. Mr, Jiang supplied us with copious amounts of Rock crab and prawns, guided us for salmon an ground fish fishing. We had a feast one night and invited 8 for our local friends. There was ample cutlery, dishes etc to easily feed 12 or more. We didn't watch any tv but we had a few games of fussball and billiards. So many beautiful views including the one from the very large bath in the master. Staying with Mr Jiang is like staying with your Chinese brother or uncle. His level of hospitality is unsurpassed. I would recommend to everyone but especially boaters looking for a base on the island.

Great house needs comfortable furniture.
The owner, who lives on-site is very nice. He does not speak any English and the translatuon app he uses is not very reliable.

Fabulous views & location!
Plenty of room for our 6 adults. In a quiet neighborhood on one side and right on the water! We saw dolphins & otters everyday. Beach-town of Sidney is nearby, short walk to a cute coffee shop. Host was so kind, very helpful. And we loved the fresh crabs he brought us! He lives on-site (lower floor with own entrance) so he’s quick to help when needed. Beautiful garden and home!

An Incredible Stay!
What a wonderful stay we had here! Tina and John (the owners) are the kindest people and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. From delivering crab (and cooking it!) every day, to their friendly, helpful ways, we had an amazing time. Spectacular views, lovely grounds and absolutely stunning house. We will come back for sure! It could not have been better.

Amazing view and excellent hospitality
We were 4 families with 8 adults and 4 kids. Our stay was very comfortable. Beach house is grand and view was stunning. Accessibility to deck was another good thing. Kids enjoyed open space to play and enjoyEd the view. Owners were very nice and they gave all essentials like- milk, eggs, bread, sauces, spread, Cold drinks, fruits, disinfectant wipes, lot of towels and blankets. Check in was so seamless. Only thing to call out is that one room was little small and flush in that room was not working properly. But overall one of the best experience.

Location Location Location
Wow! What a house. 7 of us were comfortable for over 14 days during the Christmas and New Years Holiday of 2019. Fantastic location on the water with views of James Island and the Straight. Just around the corner from Arthur Bay and adjacent to a public Pier. Also a private pier on property. Hosts were kind and generous. Lots of space and very clean.
