"We had a lovely time at this villa, very clean and modern property with beautiful outside space. Faultless experience! Only thing to mention is that Cala Pi itself seems to be struggling this year with many bars and restaurants closed in peak August summer holiday season . Obviously this is no fault of the owners and the one restaurant open was very good (Sa Terrassa) but it was a shame there weren’t more options available in walking distance. Thanks for a great holiday! "

"Very well equipped place to stay. Lots of kitchen utensils and had a homely feel. Lovely clean pool and jacuzzi. Very nice garden. Private parking behind secure gate. 1 or 2 cafes and food stores in local town, in walking distance. beautiful scenery. 30 ish minutes from airport. Cot was ready and waiting for us on arrival (and highchair). Would highly recommend."

"The main house and the flat outside which we occupied were both spacious and comfortable. The cactus gardens were absolutely beautifully maintained and the e swimming pool is huge. The water was very cold however so we didn’t use it much. The games area was great for the kids. The owner was very kind and helpful overall. The farm is located just outside Santa Maria del Camí and we loved our visit to the winery Macia Batle which is walking distance. The town also has a lovely market on...

"Jolie maison d'un village charmant ! Location centrale pour visiter l'ile , la plage d 'es trenc magnifique à 20 min. Le logement serait parfait si les chambres etaient climatisees. Nous avions des ventilateurs à disposition mais ce n'était pas suffisant avec les fortes chaleurs du mois de Juillet. Nous recommandons ce logement."

"We had a wonderful stay in this villa. There were 6 adults (3 couples) and it was the perfect size. The villa was clean and very cool with aircon units in each bedroom and the living room. The outside space was truly lovely. The pool was immaculate and a great size. We felt like we were on a cruise ship, as we could see the spectacular view of the sea while in the pool. The hosts we very lovely and extremely accommodating. We would not hesitate to go back to this fantastic villa."

"Das Haus ist sehr weiträumig und steht auf einem sehr grossen Grundstück. Der Pool war im Dauerbetrieb trotz der Ende Oktober schon etwas frischeren Temperaturen. Die Einrichtung ist grosszügig - es ist reichlich Platz und die Einrichtung ist komplett. Wir hatten also einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Strände im Westen waren mit Seegras voll, im Osten die Buchten sehr schön .. bis der grosse Regen die meisten Buchten gebräunt und verwüstet hat. hat. Modrago war aber immer noch gut. "Wonderful villa, clean, well equipped and as a bonus a lovely welcome pack with wine, fresh fruit and pastries. Excellent communication with Sara, she was very quick to respond. Location is perfect for cycling across the island, very central and quick to get to the mountains as well as the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay"

"We had a family vacation to Mallorca and this property was as advertised. Great location in a quiet neighborhood but a close drive to everywhere. Our family enjoyed the pool and the outside area had everything we needed grill, outside kitchen and bathroom so we did not need to keep running upstairs for things. Recommend this property 5 stars."

"Nous avons séjournées 3 nuits. La maison est sympathique, la cour encore plus mais il y a certaines modifications à faire dans l'annonce : - PAS DE PARKING il faut se garer dans la rue et cela peut être très longtemps.. (45 min) - 1 salle de bain et 2 WC (Pas de 2 salle de bains) De plus la salle de bain à besoin d'être bien mieu nettoyer... En particulier la baignoire et le tapis de douche. Pas d'eau chaude depuis Samedi malgré le nécessaire de Sebastian. À revoir mais dans l'ensemble...

"Lovely house with big pool and terrace. Location is 30-40 min by car from Palma so car is recommended. Owner is very nice and friendly. Only flaw: We visited with 17 people, so warm water for showers was limited."
