"We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"Staff stood us up for checking in on two occasions (and we had to call several times, including booking agents to locate the correct phone number and wait hours to be given the keys and to pay). Staff stood us up for check-out as well. Room did not have washing machine as advertised or toiletries or toilet paper. Room smelt bad."

"When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing."

"The apartment was clean and functional, with breath-taking views from the long balcony. The port is interesting, day and night. Everything you need for self catering holiday; good oven and hob, good washing machine and fridge freezer. Comfy beds too. We were glad to return 'home' after days out visiting other areas of Mallorca, to sit on the balcony to watch the sun go down. Minor irritations were the shower head needs replacing completely and the hot water tap sounds like a loud flute when used...

"Wir haben die kurze Auszeit in der Nebensaison zur Mandelbaumblüte sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir benötigten und ist sehr zentral gelegen. In der Nebensaison gab es keine Probleme mit der Lautstärke von der rückseitigen Durchgangsstraße, die hinter dem Schlafzimmer verläuft. Einige Küchenutensilien wie Pfannen und Töpfe sollten erneuert werden. Ebenso der Couchtisch, der nur drei Rollen hatte und ein defekter Thekenstuhl. Das Frühstück haben wir auf dem Balkon eingenommen....

"The apartment is quite Spartan,however ,everything one requires,is there and more importantly,everything works. "wonderful small loft in the city center with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Great communication at check in/check out. Welcome bottle of cava and sweets greatly appreciated. The only thing that can annoy one would be the thin glass of the windows that let you hear the street’s noise. Not a problem right now with the night curfew but could become one once the pandemic situation is over. "

"We have just had a fantastic weekend in Palma staying in Loft 5. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean & was in a great location for exploring the city. A couple of supermarkets close by and plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance. We loved spending time on the roof terrace overlooking Palma. Great communication with the host, we would definitely recommend staying at Can Rubi. "

"We booked the delux apartment with seaview and it was beautiful views. Had a bit of trouble with some ants appearing, and when it rained there was some water coming into the living area,but the cleaners and handyman fixed everything really quick. The jakuzzi was great too. The food was ok too. Really liked the childrens disco and entertainment after dinner. Overall we had a great few days. "
