Modern rural holiday house with XXL pool for 10 people with 5 DBR, 3 BR, 1 outdoor bathroom, AC, heating, free Wifi high speed, garden with barbecue and terrace, private parking, close to Sa Pobla

Our holiday house is located outside of Sa Pobla, about 7 minutes walk, so only a stone's throw away. The exterior of the estate consists of a 1,600 m² large, fully fenced plot. The quiet location of the finca offers a lot of privacy and tranquility, the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday. The garden is laid out with plenty of green space and offers a nice big pool (5m x10m) with sun loungers and parasols. For comfort here is an additional outdoor shower with toilet, very much to the advantage when traveling with small children. The garden is large but well manageable, so plenty of space to run around and at the same time everything under control. For all barbecue fans there is a permanently installed stone barbecue, directly opposite the house terrace. The terrace is equipped with a large dining table and comfortable lounge furniture, so everyone will find their favorite place. You can park your rental car comfortably and safely directly on the driveway.

The generous interior stretches over proud 352 m² and is divided on 2 levels. The center of the house consists of authentic natural stone tower, which is used today as a spiral staircase. The complete furnishing and equipment of "Es Moli d'en Sion" is absolutely modern and high quality. The finca owners have put a lot of emphasis on natural materials and sent them in the right light with modern decorative elements. Style meets comfort meets is here the best property slogan. In the lower part of the house is the cozy living room with stylish furnishings and plenty of space. The high-quality sofa set with satellite TV invites you to relaxed TV evenings with the whole family. Immediately afterwards, at the other end of the ground floor, there is the open kitchen with huge solid wood dining table. Here is the entire travel group comfortably placed ... From here you have also direct access to the terrace and pool area. The door to the right of the fridge leads to the so-called "laundry room", where there are washing machines etc. The sleeping area on the ground floor consists of 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) and a bathroom in the middle which is shared here. Through the chic "tower entrance" leads to the sparkling upper sleeping area, which consists of 3 further bedrooms ( 2 bedrooms with large double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds) and 2 shower bathrooms. All bedrooms are very modern and comfortable.The comfortable beds provide an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. All areas in the house are equipped with air conditioning and free wi-fi internet. Wonderful villa for a fantastic family holiday!
The Son Amer Vila was an absolute dream! When we arrived we were just blown away by its rural location and it’s internal facilities. It’s been maintained to a really high standard .. even the beds are comfortable which is a rarity! My 2 sons (7yrs and 4yrs) said it was like their 2nd home and they didn’t want to leave! The pool was a perfect size for us all and the gardens were beautiful. The views from the villa were breathtaking. I would highly recommend the villa for both adults and children alike.

A very special place
We booked via 5starhomes and overall they were pretty good to deal with, although between us booking and when we were there we had a ridiculous amount of paperwork to complete! On arrival at the villa in the quiet countryside surrounding Sa Pobla we were blown away. The contemporary exterior and interior were simply stunning. Very spacious interior, beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. The pool was perfect and the views....just wow! The location was perfect for us as it was 5min drive into Sa Pobla for the bakery, Eroski and the town square with its handful of restaurants and tapas bars. It was 5 mins to the motorway so we could access the whole island with ease. Our favourite beach at Playa De Muro was 12 mins away and Pollenca old town 15mins. We had farmers and dogs for neighbours and the only people we saw were the many cyclists who trekked past. The shrubs don't quite yet provide total privacy but within time they will. It wasn't a problem as 99% of the time the villa offered total seclusion and peace. Overall we had an amazing time BUT the villa owners need to take note of a number of important points that could improve things further. Firstly we were disturbed on two days by a plumber who needed to work on the property. On one of these occasions we were left without water for 4 hours which disturbed our plans for that evening. This work could have been carried out when the villa didn't have tenants as it obviously wasn't urgent (I have looked at the occupancy and there were free days when this could have been done). We also paid in full and were threatened with the police if we didn't pay the tourist tax. My feeling was that the villa owners could have paid this as a gesture of goodwill as this is a new tax that we weren't expecting to pay. Another problem we encountered was that the villa floors were particularly dirty on arrival and when we discussed this with 5starhomes they insisted we send photos before they sent a cleaner. The internal floors were cleaned but the patio area definitely could have been cleaner. The pool was cleaned once during our stay but probably required twice weekly cleaning. Collection of rubbish was every 3 days which was appreciated as we have usually had to take rubbish ourselves to the town bins. Another few points to mention. The master bedroom en suite isn't quite and en suite as there is no dividing wall. Therefore the toilet area has no privacy. I wasn't comfortable with this at all. Overall it was fab

Wunderschöne Villa mit großem Pool!
Wir hatten die Villa für 14 Tage gebucht. Da wir nur zu viert waren hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Die Villa selbst bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Die Villa war für unseren Geschmack top ausgestattet (Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Hand- und Badetücher, etc.). Der Pool ist super schön angelegt und am tiefsten Punkt ca. 1,80m tief. Das lädt natürlich zum Springen ein ;-). Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und liebevoll angelegt und bietet Platz ohne Ende. Es gibt auch ein gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer samt WC im Außenbereich. Für Fernsehabende kann man sich direkt am TV Gerät mit seinem Amazon oder Netflix Account anmelden - wenn man will. W-Lan funktioniert am gesamten Grundstück hervorragend und recht schnell. Zum Einkaufen gibt es in der Nähe verschiedene Geschäfte – vom Obst- und Gemüsehändler bis zum Lidl. Alles nur ca. 2-3 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Nähe zu beliebten Stränden und Buchten hat uns besonders gefallen, da man überall von Nord-Ost bis Nord West in weniger als 30-40min ist. Nach Muro oder Alcudia kommt man in ca. 15min. Das Haus ist recht abgelegen, weshalb man komplett ungestört ist, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Rundherum ist das Umland zwar nicht sehr schön, aber das Grundstück ist mit einer schönen Mauer bzw. hohen Sträuchern umgeben, weshalb das nicht stört. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Oase. Wir haben die Tage in der Villa Es Moli d´en Sion sehr genossen und können mit Freude 5 Sterne geben.

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig in einer landwirtschaftlich genutzten Gegend. Traumhafter Blick durch eine riesige Fensterfront auf die Berge und die weite Landschaft. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Zentraler Standort, gut für Ausflüge zur Erkundung der Insel. Die Eigentümer-Familie wohnt in der Nachbarschaft und ist sehr nett. Die Vermittlerfirma 5starshome ist unzuverlässig und nicht empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderschön angelegtem Garten.
Wir haben unseren Hebsturlaub (Ende Oktober, Anfang November 2017) in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort und haben sehr gerne in der geschmackvollen Küche gekocht, den Garten genossen und unsere Kinder waren sogar fast täglich im kalten, aber sauberen Pool kurz schwimmen. Der liebevoll angelegte Garten und die bequemen Liegestühle haben uns eine gute Erholung gebracht. Die herzlichen und freundlichen Besitzer haben uns freundlich empfangen und sind sehr hilfsbereit. An dieser Stelle vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Son Amer sehr genossen. Das Haus ist modern und hell eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der lichtdurchflutete Wohn-/Essbereich läd auch in der kühleren Jahreszeit, wenn man nicht mehr die Abende draußen verbringen kann, zum Relaxen ein. Die Küche ist sehr schön und wir waren überrascht, was alles vorhanden war (div. Getränke wie Wasser, Bier, Radler, Wein im Kühlschrank/ verschiedene Gewürze/ Essig und Öl/Kaffee/div. Teesorten etc. ebenso Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs, Flüssigseife. Sogar Grillkohle und Grillanzünder waren vorhanden. Desweiteren war die Villa blitzsauber, der Garten und die Terrasse sehr gepflegt. Die Eigentümer wohnen zwar auf dem Nachbargrundstück (allerdings mit anderer Zuwegung!), sind aber absolut unaufdringlich und überdies noch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (Müll wird entsorgt, auf Mallorca eher eine Seltenheit). Außerdem ist die Lage der Villa sehr gut. Unser Lieblingsstrand Playa de Muro ist sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen, ebenso die schönen Orte wie Pollença und zum Beispiel Port d'Alcudia, die wir sehr mögen. Fazit: Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden. Der Blick auf die Berge, die Weitläufigkeit der umliegenden Felder und das schöne In- und Exterieur sorgen für eine sehr entspannte Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Unser Dank gilt der Verwaltungsagentur 5starshome, deren Chef Herr Pons uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat und der unglaublich serviceorientiert und kompetent mit seinen Gästen umgeht.

Wundervolle Villa zum entspannen.
Wir waren im Juni 2017 für 12 Tage in diesem sehr gepflegten Haus. Es liegt sehr ruhig am Rand von Sa Pobla. Zum Meer sind es etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben das Haus genauso vorgefunden wie es im Internet beschrieben war. Die sehr netten Vermieter wohnen direkt hinter dem Haus. Haben uns aber nie gestört. Wer also Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist in diesem Haus sehr gut aufgehoben.

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Finca und Pool
Es war ein schöner Urlaub für uns. Die Finca war vollkommen und für die Familie ausreichend. Die Anlage mit den Pflanzen ist schön, sie müssen nur noch wachsen, damit man auch dort etwas Schatten hat. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat mir gut gefallen und es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Leider gab es keine Eierbecher und wir mußten uns anders behelfen.Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten mit denen man leben kann. Ich werde die Finca auch weiter meinen Freuden empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Ihre Fam. Traumhaus für die ganze Familie!
Wir haben ein sauberes und tolles Ferienhaus vorgefundenen! Die Eigentühmer waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt! Es wurde täglich der Rasen gewässert, der Hausmüll wurde uns abgenommen und der Pool hatte klares Brunnenwasser! Der tolle Ausblick auf das Tramuntaragebirge hat uns morgens und Abends am besten gefallen. Endlich auch einmal Betten mit super bequemen Matratzen und die Klimaanlage funktionierte klasse. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen, es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung angegeben! Gern wären wir nächstes Jahr wiedergekommen, aber es ist leider ausgebucht. Der reibungslose Ablauf mit Fe-Wo und der nette Kontakt zu den Eigentümern haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Ferienhaus. Sowohl Bilder als auch Beschreibung passten perfekt und wir hatten dort eine wunderschöne erholsame Zeit. Wer seine Ruhe möchte und viel Platz zum Bewegen sucht, ist dort richtig aufgehoben. Sa Pobla (5 Min mit dem Auto entfernt) bietet einen wunderbaren Supermarkt und Restaurants, um auch mal auswärts Essen zu gehen.

Tolles Haus, ruhige Gegend und absolut empfehlenswert auch für Familien
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern vor Ort. Das Haus ist sehr neu, top gepflegt und bietet alles was man benötigt. Es ist vom Interior wirklich ansprechend ausgestattet und weißt lediglich in der Praktikabilität(fehlende Handtuchhalter, etc) ein paar Schwächen auf, wie auch in der vorherigen Bewertung zu lesen. Für die Kinder kann man ein Reisebett bekommen, Kindersitzauflagen sind vorhanden und neben dem Pool war auch das Fußballtor ein echt guter Zeitvertreib. Sa Pobla selber ist ein ruhiger, kaum vom Tourismus geprägter Ort. Der Ausblick auf die Serra de Tramuntana schon am Morgen, war wirklich traumhaft. Zur Autobahn benötigt man lediglich 5 Minuten und auch sonst ist die Anbindung zu allen Himmelsrichtungen hin sehr gut. Wir hatten ein kleines Wespen Problem, die gerade gebauten Nester wurden aber nach einem Anruf, bereits am nächsten Morgen entfernt. Was wir als störend empfanden waren die unangemeldeten Besuche des Personals. Man hatte zu der Zeit Probleme mit der Spränkleranlage im Garten und wir hatten 3-4 Tage unangemeldet jemanden im Garten stehen. Grundsätzlich nicht dramatisch, aber man kam unangemeldet von einem Feld hinter dem Haus. Das Haus wurde nach einer Woche wie beschrieben gereinigt und der Müll alle 3 Tage abgeholt. Der Kontakt zu 5Starshome selber, war absolut perfekt und als einwandfrei zu beschreiben, schnelle Reaktion, freundlicher Kontakt zu nahezu jeder Uhrzeit.

Sehr schöne Villa in ländlicher Gegend
Die Villa ist sehr beeindruckend. Alles ist modern und großzügig gehalten. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern im Internet. Bei Ankunft waren leider ein paar Sachen nicht geputzt, die wir bei der Agentur reklamiert haben. Es wurde sich sofort gekümmert und am gleichen Tag noch in Ordnung gebracht. Wir haben uns als Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Domizil weiterempfehlen bzw. auch wieder buchen. Der nächste Ort Sa Pobla ist nicht weit. Dort findet man alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich. Auch Restaurants und Bars findet man entlang des schönen Marktplatzes. Für uns als Radfahrer war es ein guter Ausgangsort für Touren übers Land und in die Berge. Wer Erholung und Ruhe sucht ist dort gut aufgehoben.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt im Frühjahr für Rennradtouren in alle Richtungen
Wir haben hier mit fünf Personen eine schöne Woche verbracht. Als Standort für Rennradtouren in alle Richtungen liegt die Villa ideal. Sie liegt inmitten einer landwirtschaftlich geprägten Umgebung. Ein Mietwagen ist für Einkäufe etc. unbedingt erforderlich. Die Villa selbst ist modern eingerichtet. Dank der großen Fensterfronten im Wohn-/Küchenbereich ist sie lichtdurchflutet und hell. Beim Baden im Pool hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Tramuntana-Berge. Der Garten ist nett bepflanzt und sieht - trotz des jungen Alters der Villa - schon ausreichend "eingewachsen" aus. Die Terrasse zur Westseite ist recht weit überdacht, so dass man auch im Sommer genug Schatten haben sollte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko war aus unserer Sicht, dass Design und moderner Einrichtungsstil gelegentlich zu Lasten der Praktikabilität gehen. So fehlen etwa Haken für Handtücher oder Kulturbeutel im Bad, auch die Ablagemöglichkeiten dort sind eingeschränkt. Auch in den Schlafzimmer wären (mehr) Regalbretter in den Schränken hilfreich, wenn man nicht aus dem Koffer leben möchte. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine eigene Klimaanlage und im Wohnzimmer ist auch ein Kaminofen für kältere Tage vorhanden.
