I had to keep repeating ask the staff if what I wanted was halal or not that is the only thing I would rate the service 3/5 for everything eles is beautiful the staff were friendly and the place was beautiful I can’t complain "

"I love the club suites at Amari. We are returning guests and have never stayed in the two bedroom balcony suite and this time we did. I have no regrets staying here with my family as it was just excellent. Comfortable beds and apartment with amazing breakfast (the best we have had in Phuket) at club Pakarang. The staff at the club are fantastic and we also received very good service at the rest of the hotel. I would return here again and recommend this hotel for families or couples as it is quiet yet within walking or tuk tuk distance to the busy areas of patong. The kids club is also great. "
